    SEDO Parking

    Do you really earn money from a domain by using Sedo Parking? I just registered there today and I honestly do not fully understand the system. Can someone share his experiences about this program?

    Only if your domain has traffic. No traffic = no money.

        Parking sucks most of the time. Even if you have a high traffic domain, it doesn't take long for the visitors to realise that the site has been pulled down and is being parked.
        Once that happens, you'd get next to nill earnings. It happened to me.

        Sedo parking also sucks in someways, coz, they truly pay very low for clicks.
        I've had 42 clicks for 4.6$ . Thats horrible.

          If your domain is receiving natural traffic (type-ins, search engines), you can park it at sedo. A page will be hosted on your domain with ads and whenever someone clicks the ads, you get paid. Typo domains do great in domain parking.

            I've made a couple of cents from parking about 50 names with them over the past 2 months

              Sedo do well for some keywords and for some Namedrive is better. if you have no traffic then better park it at 1plue.net with a Adsense mini site it will help domains link popularity.

                Joe,

                I have one domain parked that will earn the reg fee in a year. The rest don't do that well. Typo domains or names the same as a popular site might fair better.

                I am of the opinion that you are better off putting up an mfa site on the ones you don't have plans for.

                  Well, I have listed several domain name with Sedo but I'm not getting good result there.. I think that only high quality domain names are sold there.
