  • stolen domain name!

i'm more than sure i am the only one who uses 'that' net nick.
i've already searched for previously registered domains with that name, searched for trademarks and copyrights as well, but found nothing.

it has always been that way.

until early this morning, i tried searching for that same domain (.com extension) again,
but was surprised to learn that it was already registered to somebody else!

    i was so devastated.

    i may be over-acting, i don't know.
    i'm so freakinly frustrated.

the registration date was just this june 21!

i can't wait for one long year to get that domain back!

to whoever knows what i'm talking about,
    please, please, do contact me.

You should have registered it at very first time. Since the person registered it legally, there is nothing much you can do against him/her.

There's nothing you can do buit contact the person who reg'ed it and ask his price for the domain. if you used the name in public u should had reg'ed it before doing it. really nothing much u can do about it.

Yeah, people do that. I can't remember the term for what they are called, but that happens all the time. They have tools where they know what you searched for, and then they come in and take the domains, hoping that you will buy it from them for more money.

That is actually called domain-squatting and it is very un-ethical.
