Seeing from the replies, people here all know loading speed will affect the SEO including me. I have changed my server from a cheap one to a comparable expensive one. The result proves that page loading speed does affect the SEO rankings. Now, some of my keywords has already ranked on the first page of Google.

I believe page load time impact on SEO performances. Sites that load within 4 seconds have lower bounce rate on the other hand, sites that load in more than 10 seconds, will have high bounce rate. High bounce rate is not good for SEO. In that sense yeah page load time impact on SEO performances.
