Based on what I have experienced, it is a very good idea to be submitting to those high PR web based directories. It will be apparent form the comments of those that I have really gotten to interview that being indexed in these types of directories that have very high or elevated PR or page rank. I just want to validate all the information that I have been receiving lately. Are these sets of information really true? I need really good pieces of advice when it comes to this matter.
