Please help me ...What is use of Google analytic ?

As everyone has provided answers using technical knowledge, I would like to explain it in different way.

Let say you have a shop where everyday many people come in browse products in the store, some may buy products & some just browse through your store & leave.

Now imagine if you need to keep track of each one of the person who have visited your store, how many of them have browse product, which product they browse, which product they purchase & which product did not purchase due to price.

Now imagine you need to keep track of everything above without anyone present at that store & the store runs for 24x7. It would get really difficult to track each of these things manually, so you hire some one people that will help customers while browsing product, while paying the bill & taking feedback.

Google Analytics does all that & even more for your website where it tracks every visitor coming to your site, source where the visitors is coming from & what activity it has been doing on the site.

With all the date collected you can optimize your site for better results/sales.
