Exabytes is doing a pretty great job in technical support and customer service as well. They provide 24/7 phone call support.

The best way to choose a hosting provider is to analyze one’s requirement at first. However, a good web hosting solution should provide the below-listed features.

✔ 24*7 Customer support

✔ Security

✔ Scaleable

✔ Competitive pricing

✔ Bandwidth and disk space

✔ One-click installs

✔ Email accounts and much more.

Depends on the purposes for which you plan to use this hosting. There are also a large number of free hosting sites that are perfect for testing your project. But I do not advise you to use it on an ongoing basis ... There are also hosting sites that are created to create game servers. Basically, such projects come immediately with prepared templates for certain games. For each user there is a certain number of conditions that the hosting must fulfill, what are your conditions? For example I am using offshore hosting from lyrahosting.com. Very reliable service with very cool technical support. By the way, you are absolutely right! Technical support is very important. I do not think that they will fully teach you the basics, but the problems that you encountered in the process of setting up the project they will definitely help you solve. Good luck!
