Definitely I would prefer playing game on a computer. But it depends more on a game that what sort of a game it is. For example you wouldn't prefer playing snake or angry birds on computer and you wouldn't prefer playing Fifa or call of duty on your cell phone either.
I prefer playing games more on computer rather than any cell phone because it consumes you cell phone battery and your cell phone remains no more a "mobile".
P.S Playing FIFA 12 on 50 inch LCD screen is one of the greatest fun.

Certainly I would favor playing game on a computer. However, it depends on the kind of game. For example football games can be best played over a computer while games like angry birds can be played over a smartphone.
