Yes addictive games are those games when you start playing it you are unaware that morning turned into evening and you were still there on the sofa playing the game. One such game is FIFA 12, I have set a record of playing it for consecutive 15 hours. In my point of view addicted games like open world games what i like most, such as GTA series, Assassins creed series, Watch dogs two parts, Sleeping dogs. And in sport type games i like NFS series, Fifa series. And in shooting games Max payne 3 is so awesome for its graphics level, and it is so realistic too, and COD or call of duty series and Battlefield series.
