There is no doubting that .com is and will remain the No. 1 sought Domain extension for quite sometime now... The simple fact that the .com market is saturating may get its no.s down but ya, there will still be funds and money being thrown around in the Secondary Market...

Yes, of cause .com is the king, the real number one in the network, I personally think it will not change in the next 20+ years.
compared to .com, .org should be the best one for personal usage.

I disagree, .org by the Name suggests that it has been coined for Organisations to use it.. Personal usage is more for a .me Domain, atleast they claimed to personalize the Domains..

Also, the 20+ years is a very long time.. The .com extension is already extinct for 2-3 word Domains..
