About time spend for sleep in our life??

Guess How Many Years We spend on sleeping.

If we sleep daily 6 hours since our birth then as long as we become 24 years old, we have slept 6 whole years.

And this is not enough,
so many people sleep 8 to 12 hours daily.
Means they are spending their half life for just sleeping.....

How many hours do you sleep daily????

I sleep ~ 6 hrs a day...... but i don't like to spend my precious time by sleeping, but if i avoid sleeping, i am getting affected by disease like fever , flu or something serious, so only i am sleeping.
Yes sleeping is a like investing to work well on next day, we need to invest our time in sleeping.
