Generally Echo command is the faster then Print command. Echo is a statement print is a function.Echo print the multiple function but print function print only one statement.

echo is faster than the printed version.
This is due to the fact that the result returns an int and the echo returns nothing / non-existent. otherwise there is no difference between print and echo. If we are simply considering the speed of analysis should be used scipt response.

I think the main difference between echo() and print() is that echo is just an statement not a function and doesn't return's value or it just prints a value whereas print() is an function which prints a value and also it returns value.

Print and Echo both are function in PHP where Print returns an integer value where Echo don't. According to if one wants to get effective result Echo will work well for that as it gives quick result.
