Dell Inkjet Printer problem

I have AIO 942. It was working fine till last week but all of a sudden it won't print the red color, though it is printing other colors (green and yellow). Why's that?

i really don't know ... i m not a fan of inkjet printers .. thats y i use laser jet

I hate dealing with printers. My inkjet broke and so I had to bust out my old Bubblejet. Dont know whats wrong with yours.

Try taking the cartridge out and putting it back in again. It may be oxidation on the connections to the cartridge that keeps the red from working. If that doesn't work take the cartridge out again and wipe off the part where the ink comes out with a paper towel that is wet with alcohol. There may be some dried ink on it that is blocking up the red. Good luck!
