Desktops vs. Laptops

Do you prefer to use a desktop or a laptop?

I would prefer a desktop at my home and a laptop for work!

DEsktops are the best for home use but if you want to travel then you need a laptop.

Well the main problem of Laptops is that if they will have any problem (hardware) then you better throw it in the recycle bin !

I use desktop, but if i had choice to choose between them, i would choose laptop, because its portable and takes less space then desktop.

I would prefer a desktop, both for home use and for work, depends if I really need a laptop. I just can't seem to find myself in the small nasty keyboard. I can't type on it. The buttons are smaller, and the presses don't go as far.

i dont have alaptop
i really want to buy one
but that doesnt mean i'll leave my desktop and sit all the time on laptop
each has advantages and disadvantages
desktops cannot be moved like laptops of course
but laptops have to be charged
and it may shut down if it is not charged
thats too bad
u may be in aplace with no power source(i'm always exposed to that )
or u may work for along time moving
without power source of course
snd using mouses with laptops sucks
so that i will use laptop only when i'm out
not always

i prefer my desktop, laptops are good for the portablility but they cost a hell of a lot more compared to a decent desktop pc

Desktops are much much much better. Lappies are frustrating to use. I only use my lappy when i'm lying in bed and i suppose it becomes very handy then.

For online Poker Playing, a laptop is perfect but for more practical things the Desktop is waaaaaaaaay ahead

laptops are nice but if you need your computer for a hard work, you have to use a desktop

I prefer Desktops over Laptops for some circumstances. i.e Playing games. And prefer Laptop over Desktops for some .... i.e Office Work including using Internet.

At home, I prefer my desktop Computer. When I'm either at home or work, I'd prefer my Laptop, simply because it's much more compact and useful.
