Is it good to make tattoos while still growing?

i,m17 years old and i really like tattoos. i would like to do one but i dont know if its a good thing? I mean human grow till age of 23, so my skin will strech and grow, that can lead up to a deformation of the tattoo. I cant decide should I wait or not?

if u want to make tattoo ui think u need to be over 20years old because then u stop grow.

u can save it as u dont need any tattoos
u can pay those money for smthng more useful
i think when u become 20
u'll not like to be tattooed
as u 'll be grown more

I don't think its a good idea to make tatoo when u are 17 years. But if you really want it go and make

i don't recommend if you are going to work out a lot (saw some people in gym with strech tatoos), but i think it depends on which body part you are going to make one
