    Back pain will be suffer from if you eat less vitamin food. you need to protein foods to get rid from it. It could be happen if you do more work giving more effort to your back part.

        i think back pain persist because of continuosly riding a bike,,, driving a car...and also because of wrong sitting posture...

          Most time people spend sitting in front of their screens or standing in the queues withy heavy bags, all this may result in back pain, plus it can be connected with the heart, at times it's difficult to make out if it's really the back that you feel pain in. I'd advise doing more exercices or just walking in the street, but with HRM your chest, in order to be sure your health is under control

                Those who avoid regular exercise usually suffer from back pain .Sitting arrangement should be proper if you work for a long time on chair .
