Because after scaling plaque is formed within two day on my teeth.so i used to scaling once in a two month and nearly a 5 times in a year. because of plaque my gums are bleeding and so painful and so many gaps are formed between teeth. please help me get rid of from plaque. and i have another question because of that my gums comes down ,so how to grow my gums and strong !
