Hey.....no need to work with any type of tools to submit in social bookmarking sites, because anyone not sure about that, they gives standard quality backlinks to your site..so do manually which is the best to bring the good quality backlinks and traffic to your site...otherwise Google will consider into spammy.

I think you will do manual submission in bookmarking because of robot or software detection in submission then you will not get good results in SEO. Most of websites has strategies for bookmarking like tags,URL and Description.
