I think Article is Better for high SERP . Blog Posting is also Good but Article Submission is Best .

I mostly prefer to use blog. Every one like to get information from the blogs. As blogs is user friendly the more traffic would be generated. Try to add inbound links which would be more useful to get quality of backlink to your website. Inbound links are very much strong.

Blog would be better as you can collect all articles there and you don't have to worry about it as there is always a backup available for it.
