In my opinion I think you have to use 404 repair tool.After installing 404 repair tool, just follow the easy instructions and your PC will be back to it's normal operating speed.

If you want to have good SEO it's very important to correctly give back the 404 status code, to indicate to crawlers a certain page does not exist. First in google analytics tool check that how many errors are there. if the links are broken then also it will show 404 error. so try to fix those links by redirecting them temporarily or permanently. there are lots off tools available for fixing 404 errors.
