How to make proper meta title?

Hello.
I am doing keyword research from Google keyword tool and doing competitor website analysis for keywords. I want to know that is there any proper way to set keywords in Meta Title of a page? Is there any steps or process to keep in mind while creating meta title and description?

Use keyword in meta title.
for example, your keyword is Best SEO Company, so you can made tilte like Find out Best SEO Company in India.

When creating meta titles:

Do repeat keyword ideas in different words - no more than twice is usually best;
Do tie these phrases to your content and other meta data;
Do use plurals and word variations when possible;
Do limit the use of punctuation; and
Do use initial caps throughout the title.

Don't use any stop words... like the, best etc..
Your title should read like a sentence.

First you need to research quality content. and manage these keywords in website content and also use in html tag like h1, h2...and alt tag.

You can add meta tags in different ways, depending on the tool you use to create and update your site.

You can also add your meta tags to your pages by hand. Meta tags should be placed within the <head> tags near the beginning of your page code, like this:
<head>
<title>your business name and page title<title>
<meta name="description" content="a description of your site">
<meta name="keywords" content="relevant keywords about your site">

First thing you need to do is to use your primary keyword in title and meta description. Also you need to create an appealing title with different variation of your primary keywords. Always remember to offer a call to action in meta descripiton which inspired people to click on your website link and visit the website. Always use your primary keywords in Title, Description, Alt Tag (if any images), heading Tag and Content.

Add all meta tags with in their character limit. And add keyword in Title tag.
