How to use Anchor Text Link for Link Building?

After Google Penguin Update and other Google Algorithm, I'm so confused about Anchor Text Link. If you have any idea about this so please share with us how to use anchor text link in directory submission, article submission and other link building method.

Simply getting links from many other websites is not enough for your website to rank well in the search engines.

If you want a page to rank for a keyword that is particularly difficult, be sure to focus on getting the keyword in your anchor text. Many newbies will request links to the page they're trying to boost and forget about the anchor text. While getting links to the page is most certainly going to help, you should try to get at least part of your keyword into the anchor text whenever you get the chance.

It is too early to say for sure, but we believe Google is not only pushing away from anchor text, but toward co-citation as one of the strongest relevancy signals. Co-citation, if measured properly, gives the search engine much more data to work with and will allow it to take the temperature of the internet community at large. Anchor text, on the other hand, is a small html quirk that few people even know how to use properly.
