Google will not update their Pagerank toolbar again!

I didn't know about Google toolbar neither about Google is not going to update their Pagerank toolbar ever! I read a blog post about this several days ago and from various sources it's been clear that the statement is true. Google will never be going to update their Pagerank Toolbar. As I am involved in SEO niche it's kind of shocking for me. What about you? Will you miss pagerank for your/clients website?

Google has stopped their page rank update and we should concentrate more on building quality backlinks and promotion to build traffic and rank in various search engines. This will help benefit our online business.

Yes, Google will not update the Pagerank in the future. I have also read in one blog post. I think Google doesn't find it effective as so many websites with low quality have higher Pagerank.

google last updated their page rank in dec-2013 so it was quite assuming that they will not update it again, actually google is updating their page rank on daily wise but they are not making it publicly, better to check moz da and pa for the quality of website.

As Google hasn't updated its Pagerank algorithm from the long time, so we can assume that it will not be updated in the future. I have also read from a blog post from a top seo blog that they have got information that Google will not update pagerank algorithm in the future.

Though PR is an important indicator about site's ranking and authority, I think its more important that webmasters pay more attention towards creating unique and genuine content that is shareable. Webmasters should start to focus more on other factors such as site load time and content issues rather than just sticking their eyes on PR update.
