Adwords goes down for maintenance in September 2017 too

I have logged into my Google AdWords dashboard, it was already logged in so entered into panel but when i try to go other tabs, it was showing the following message.

"Thank you for your interest in advertising with Google. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the AdWords system is temporarily down for maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes"

How it could happen in 2017 also? It's not about year but it's about their sophisticated servers and well established network. There should not be any chance to occur this error from a world's prestigious product.

It happens in software we have to observe these things and share in your website blog articles or forums like this.

Yes! even i face the same problems. I am unable to type in keywords. says an error occurred on page, try refreshing or log out of adwords and try again? nothing helps. the red bar continues to pop up with the same error.

Yes, Whenever Google updated new features in Adwords, they announced it as maintenance.
