    Google Analytics is to see the traffic details, goals conversions, real time visitors and more. Google Webmaster is to submit your URL's, sitemap, performance of your website etc.

      Google Analytics is a premium web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic, currently as a platform inside the Google Marketing Platform brand. Google launched the service in November 2005 after acquiring developer Urchin.

      Google Search Console is a no-charge web service by Google for webmasters. It allows webmasters to check indexing status and optimize visibility of their websites. As of May 20, 2015, Google rebranded Google Webmaster Tools as Google Search Console.

        Google Analytics gives you numerical data of traffic generated to your website. Which mode of channel, users, sessions, bounce rate, demography, device, landing page, conversions etc.
        Google Webmaster gives you data about the backlinks generated, keywords ranking for the landing page, technical issues, errors etc.

          Google Analytic collects data every time someone visits your site, this is the "push" process enabled and so GA receives the dats from the visit.

          "Google Webmaster tool" presents the image of your site that Google's servers know about it without having anything to do with visits...Even if nobody visits your web site, you will still be able to find data in the GWT about your website.

            A simple way to describe the difference between Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools is this: Webmaster Tools provides an info otherwise you can say insights on how search engines interact along with your website, whereas Google Analytics provides an info on however {website|web website} users interact along with your site.
