At times whenever I see those bright colored signature one might feel irritating. But I make it a practice to follow the forum rules and not fill the post with 5-6 signature links. I try to target the keyword in the signature and I do agree with the CAll to action strategy but some people use big fonts and bright red colors which might ruin the user experience
