I think you need to find a niche market a item that 100's and 1000's of others are not selling, Their are some really big company's on eBay, who can cut their prices down to such low price you would not be able to compete with them as they buy in bulk. You need a niche so you can compete and pull a profit. I think eBay is a great place to buy items from as its so cheap, but to sell items from no. Unless your doing it just to sell stuff you don't want then yes.

I always use to shop from ebay. I found it very easy and friendly website. As per my shopping experience, we can get most of the product available in different varieties with less price.

Go to My eBay > Account, and then select Marketing Tools or Seller Hub > Marketing > Merchandising.
Click Markdown Manager on the left side of the page.
Click Create Sale.
Once you create a sale, you see a confirmation message.
