while PR RANK is based on good backlinks.
if u really wanna test which site is better
then Alexa Ranking tool is the best to check the site

I think that none of them. I think that the most important thing is SERP ranking.

Well Google Page Rank is counted most. Alexa is taking a hike but still Google PR is considered in all the major cases

When you compare these two, I think the better is Page Rank because it shows the number of incoming links to a website. However, on other hand, Alexa rank can be easily faked.

Both have different significance and both are important at their place. Both give you different information which is not at all related with each other. So comparing them is not at all a good idea.

Use both of them to plan your seo tricks and work.

Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be. Also, the importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself is. Google calculates a page's importance from the votes cast for it.

I don't focus on any of them. My main concern is how to generate targeted traffic.
