  • Ohh Google... What have you done?!

I've nice website. I dont deal with SEO, but my private SEO expert recommend me using this to track my site position.
Today that tool notified me that my site position was demoted in Google results pages.
How can I find out the reasons of the surprising change in my website position.

    Please let me know,

Have you been involved or participate in buying or selling links? Have you also checked whether the backlinks which you have previously are still there? Do you update your site regularly? There are some of the question which you might want to ask yourself.

Did you check again this may only be a temporary situation. Rankings change... ebbing and flowing like an ocean.

It can drop for a few days and then come back even stronger. If you are still gone after a week i would start to worry.

"demoted" as in u moved down a few positions of completely fell off the map? It seems that I have been moving around a lot trying to "settle" in to a position. My site is new though.

I did however experience google dropping 50 pages of my 100 or so page site over the weekend.

It would help if you were more specific.

If you have your goal to step forward the go a head. But how can you do that when you do nothing to make your site go ahead you should do your promotion your site will not move if you don't do something.
