I have got my site listed in very good rank in alexa and which is even better then few leadind host sites. I am still getting 0 pagerank for my site in Google pr. I dont understand how they calculated the pagerank for each users. How much time it will take to give my site a pagerank?

Google update PR in every 3 month......... don't worry work on only one way quality link building.. it help you

yeh!! the next google update would be in july. You have to wait till that to get the status clear. Actually google examine the quality of backlink you have. In the man time i would recommend you to start with link building process and get your site optimised.

Google examine backlinks for the page rank, the more and quality backlinks you have the more Pr you will get.

Page Rank is a numeric value that represents just how important a page is viewed on the internet. Google assumes that when one page links to another page it is basically casting its vote for the other page.

Google PR updates every three months.. Before that time comes, be sure to get more and more back links.. Good/quality back links I may say.

Google has been working on making the PR updating sessions and times a bit shorter. Of course as you may know, PR is not that important anymore regarding the websites rankings.

Google seems to be updating PR every month these days.

Google pagerank updates every 3 months, however you dont have to worry much about that, because the toolbar pagerank, is not the actual pagerank, as google used to hide it, when spammers have increased significantly, so you have to focus mainly on rankings, and not on page rank.
