Is google not Accepting Blogspot Blogs?

I have seen that most of the people now applying using blogspot blogs have not getting approval from google? Why is that? Is there any specific reason for it?

No this is not true...people are still applying and getting their adsense approved easily..I applied with a Blogger blog that contained copied articles from ezinearticles and I got accepted easily! Also Google has an option inside blogger to apply for adsense through the blog itself...also blogger is owned by google so no reason they wouldn't accept it..Moreover, Google loves blogs and gives them high rankings

Well.. I dont think, its like that.. day-by-day new n new blogs are being created through blogposts.. 3 of my friends made their blogs this past week.. n there wasnt any problem regarding confirmation issues..

I think you have some misconception. This is absolute false that blogspot blogs are not approved by google. You can definitely go ahead with blogspot blogs.

Blogspot blogs now get approved only if they are 6 months old.

I don't think Google rejects Blogspot blogs they are still accepting Blogspot blogs.
