Is is really indexed in 24 hours? I am doing this way but only few ones are getting indexed. For example if i post 10 posts in a month then only 2 posts are indexed, not more than that.

I think you can't really set a 24-hr limit for your site to get indexed by Google, or any search engine for that matter. You have to be keen in coming up with ways on getting your site indexed. This way, you can prevent spamming and other black hat methods.

I don't think it'll be so easy. It's actually difficult to say how long Google will take time to crawl and index. But it's true that generally blogs postings, do follow forums postings, few directories and social bookmarking sites get indexed quickly in comparison with others.
