Google updates will be done for all website once in a month, on that our keywords will be fluctuating and you can see the changes in SERP. But the update does not proceed as a switch from one index to another at one point in time.

Such a critical topic to explain Google dance. I think websites are dancing not Google.

Some people get this mistaken from the sandbox effect. Google dance is simple. Google will put your new site in a high position for some keywords. They look to see how long visitors look at your site. If the big "G" sees that people are not hanging around, then they will put you in your natural, lower position.

The name "Google Dance" has often been used to describe the index update of the Google search engine. Google's index update occurred on average once per month. During an index update there was significant movement in search results and Google showed new backward links for pages. However, in mid-2003 Google started to update it's index continuously. It appears that, still, there has to be an update of the complete index once in a while and during this time new backward links are shown. But, because of the continuous update, the effects on search results seem to be rather insignificant.
We will keep this site up running because it provides some information beyond the Google Dance. But there will no longer be a monitoring of updated data centers during a "Dance".

It's the period when Google is rebuilding its rankings, and results fluctuate widely for a 3 to 5 day period.

The Google Dance Tool is provided as a tool to help you, the webmaster, determine when the Google search engine is spidering the internet. This is extremely useful if you want to know when your site(s) will rank in Google.

Google dance is nothing but its Google's search engine tendency to take a site back to last position of ranking. It is done for new websites as they are checked completely before they get the actual ranking..

Google dance is what happens when Google made some update on their database. When that happens, usually our rankings goes up and down SERPs all of a sudden.

Google dance is a fluctuation of your website in google for a keyword. During the period, the website keeps on moving up and down in SERP.

Yes Google Dance refers to the increase and decrease of PR over time when the search engine does an update.
