Well, I am a successful SEO provider and I strongly disagree that three way linking is a valuable tool. I know people that had early success with with only to get banned later.

I have chosen what I believe to be a much better path called one way backlinks. This is no risk of getting banned as with three way linking. It also does require finding partners and it doesn't require any time to manage.

Never use link exchange method in SEO. It is harmful. Better try link wheel technique which are safe.

I would not worry about link exchanges harming you unless your link partner site changes hands and becomes a porno site. Then you would be linking to porno!

one way links are good, thats one of the best thing to get links...but then link exchanging helps too..
