Can you differentiate ‘nofollow’ and ‘dofollow’?

No follow links are the once which is not crawled or not followed by the search engines.
Do follow links are the once which is crawled or followed by the search engine.

Nofollow links do not allow search engine bots to follow link, it does not pass on link juice


Example of Nofollow Link:

Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. it does not pass on link juice and a backlink.

There is a big rumour that indicate that no follow links does not crawl by SE.
Actually that kind of backlinks index or index by SE, but it does not passes link juice like DA, PA & PR.
