Can google be hacked? I dont think so becoz it is very tremendously big company with abundant resources and security. I think no one can hack it.

I don't think Google are going to be cut that roughly and going to close so carelessly. They are big boom to our modernized world. so it cannot be happened.

It may be possible SOMEHOW, but I HIGHLY doubt this would happen. Google is too much of a powerhouse. Also, if they were hacked, I can almost guarantee the downtime/deface would not last long AT ALL.

There was a report they were hacked once. Google claimed that it was just DNS problems but most people think they were hacked and just dont want to admit it.

Yes, everything is possible. Maybe someone good hacker can hacked Google. Maybe some day my people will do this - if we want to do. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

lOl they have Redundant servers even one was failed in hacking they will use another with upgraded securities

Everything can be hacked. Even though this would take some really huge skills and no life and LOT of time. Google still can be hacked.

Well i dont think it can be done with their mass server clusters. Im sure there are 1000's of hackers trying it everyday.

I heard about an incident which took place a few years ago about a hacking in relation to google but i think they have increased their security measures since this happened!

Well, yes, there was a hack, not with Google, but with one of the websites that Google owns. There was a hack on www.orkut.com where this indian guy hacked into their server and started sending scam messages to all the members (around 5 million). Those messages were bad (had some indian bad words, etc). But, if you're talking about just the Google search engine ... I don't think there's hacking going on there.

I agree that any site can be hacked, but some are very very hard like google.

Any website on the internet can be hacked but as a hacker are you willing to take the risk and end up in jail? The FBI take this sort of thing very serious when it comes to major sites, specially when it's involving a company that the world depends on.

no it cant happen no one can hack google. it is very big company with a lot of security. no one will even try if anyone tries then he is in trouble
