Check Your google adsense acoount, and than check at-list 6 month Performance report. Now see on left sidebar. You can see Country icon, Click on this and study over there. Which country to earn more to give you. My experience is usa visitor can earn to give your adsense.

I am agree with this statement. I also do the same trick to check country wise performance.

The clicks you recieved from tier 1 countries is highly paid compared to other countries. Based on my experienced clicks from USA, UK, Canada will give you minimum 1$ per click while for other countries you will get only 0.10$ that is maximum. Also if your content is related to insurance and forex then automatically your cpc will increase.

i must say that dont go for countries go for cpc keyword. its give you high pay for click. if you choose high cpc keyword list.
