How to get more Traffic??

I want to know that what should i do to increase traffic on my website? The PR of any website depends on the traffic to that website and i want to improve the PR of my website. I want to get more links to my website. What should I do for that??

its a great misconception that the PR of web site depends upon traffic
i have ssen the google PR formula.it depends upon the number of backlinks and the PR of web sites with which you have backlinks

Best you can do to get high PR is backlinks from other high PR sites.
Thats most of the times expensive to buy, but a free way is directory's...
Also make sure you got the right Meta title/keyword/description for SEO

PR does not increase with more hits (slightly it does ofcourse) but it mostly increases with backlinks!
Backlinks is the key!

So try to get affiliated with other high PR sites, and submit to high PR directory's (mostly its a $3 fee, lifetime), and that will increase your PR. You don't even need ppl clicking it, just the link does it.

Lots of way to get more and more traffic but first of all you have to do some directory submission, article submission, bookmarking of your website and search engine submission.

These are the simple way to get traffic and PR. When you done all of these you get minimum PR 2 or 3 for your site.

For more traffic and PR you have to buy high PR links. Other way "AdWords Keyword Tag" and "Message Board participation".

In "Message Board participation" you get links from the signature. To get clicks from the signature and to get some starting exposure for the site.

You should pay for other site's owner, what they get your banner of your site. This really will increase some more traffic for you.

Well if you want to get as much people as possible visiting, you're going to have to work on content of your site I suppose. You've got to have something that would make people want to visit your site.
