Forums are another good way to get back links and traffic, but you need to contribute to the forums and not just spam them with your links. I recommend becoming an active member of forums that are related to your site, as well as including your website link in your forum signature. By making intelligent and informative posts people will be inclined to check out the link in your signature because you have built interest about yourself.

I agree that forums are a good way to marketing. But for a long time promoting on forum, I just get little traffics from them. Why?

Yes i agree with all the above discussions and thanks to few members who suggested tips which i was unaware I do article submission, write blogs, forums, and bookmarking. I feel quality submission and unique content matters a lot..

You won't get any business, if no one knows about your site. Join forums, join Yahoo groups, become a resource to other entrpreneurs.
