A catalogue is used for making people aware about services and products you provide. You need not spend a lot of money in the beginning. You can build a simple catalogue first and distribute, get feedback and improve on that.

Radio Infomercials

If you try you would get a slot at chep price. Radio is not as expensive as TV.

Networking

Offline networking should be pursued in addition to online networking. Local Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, seminarst are all good opportunities for networking.

Telemarketing

I kept it last because it is not in everybody’s taste to call people. But if you can, you would find an opportunity to build good relations with your subscribers which are deeper and better than mails and emails.

Right now, my company is launching an auction site here in the United States. We're growing it mostly "offline" with Networking meetings and putting up signs all over the place.

You need to focus on a target market. Once you have your target market identified, then you need to go forward and attack it.

A "shotgun" approach does not work as well. You need to have your marketing be FOCUSED.

I think the ads in newspapers and magazine is a good one, but you need to use a related-topic media like a community magazine. If you're selling some fashion items, then choose a fashion magazine instead of a general topics magazine

Others offline marketing techniques you could try such design attractive graphics t-shirt with your url, put stylish stickers on vehicles or giving promotional gift - pen, mug, keychain etc.

Initially, you could ask your family and close friends to wearing or using the items. Then, their will spread to others for your.

Offline marketing could also benefit the company. If they wanted to advertise their product/services, a big budget is needed to make it happen. Television, newspaper, radio advertisement and others are some of the best techniques in offline marketing.
