    Has anyone used digg.com to post articles and get traffic? I summited one article but only got like 5 hits. But I heard it is a good way to get traffic. Can someone tell me how to get traffic on digg.com

    The more diggs your article get, the more attention it gets which gets you traffic for your site.

      Digg can be good for getting one-time visitors but I have found that most visitors from Digg will not come back to your site again. Also you need to have a thick skin as you will get some very critcal comments.

        Ive never joined Digg but Im always seeing threads for people to Digg each others sites. Maybe I should give it a go to get more traffic!

          Digg is excellent and if member like your site article you will receive more traffic but it is unfortunately one-time traffic.

            In my experience by just submitting a site you get an easy 50 hits without any other Diggs. The key is to get on the front page. If you do that you will get thousands of visitors.

                  they dont pay but others pay money for digging their site but that is bad as per tos of digg

                    hi, using digg, u have to be on the popular pages. otherwise you wont get as much of traffic as you should. has anyone tried free posting on looksmart?

                      I have been using Digg from last few months. It is quite good if you want some quick traffic. If you get enough diggs, and you article comes on first page, you website will be bombarded with huge traffic.

                        Digg is excellent for traffic but it's conversion rate is terrible due to the fact people who use digg are tech savvy.
