Which site did you use to get verified? I tried to find a site by searching on Google and the only thing I got was something that said 'get paypal-verified without credit card SCAM'.

I think this cost is not more then $5-$6. But there are some quality also. But if your account from US then you must be verified bank account. Without bank account verified it is not possible. And i think VCC is not scam.

Fine, but now with moneybookers around to cater for people around the world, esp. without US bank accounts, it's definitely a safer alternative.

It could be an option. But I find a debit card option much easier to acquire. Just go to your bank and open an account with a debit card VISA. The advantage is that is already for a lifetime use. Just make sure you fund your card.

VISA is a credit card, not a debit card?

I've heard about this... It's a good option to people who don't trust giving away their details.
But isn't there a way for the seller of these virtual numbers to acces your account with it? I don't mean logging in, but maybe get money from it?

I have heard it will cost $20 to remove paypal limitation through VCC at some sites. I heard it works. But I wondering if there other cost?

i read in a forum it is illegal to use vcc for verifying paypal.paypal may ban your account.think before and contact paypal regarding this.
