I use PayPal for online transactions. Though I don't have much experience in trading online, but I think PayPal is a trusted name and it's very easy to send and receive money through PayPal!

I would preffer to use e-gold and Liberty Reserve as the best payment processors. In my opinion it would be the best and the most popular payment processor in near future and would surely compete paypal.

Well if you are an individual don't have a very big site nor a budget you should stick with paypal no doubt its the best

But if you run an e-commerce site I would then suggest 2checkout. They are very reliable and provide excellent service.

Re: Which online payment processor do you prefer?

At the moment I am using PayPal. But I have read a lot of horrible stories like credit card fraud, limiting account etc, about PayPal on many sites. But there seems to be no better and easy way for doing online transactions. But I wish I would never verify my PayPal account with a credit card, just in case. Also there are always Virtual credit cards to do the work. If anyone of you know a better and easy payment processor, please do post here along with the information why it is better.
