The neverending battle- E-gold or Paypal?

Which one do you think is better? Why?

Simple answer is , if you are in a country which is in the paypal country list then paypal is the best if not Egold is your choice.

The problem with e-gold is that not as many people accept it. I know that a lot do, but I mean paypal is so convinent. I hate e-gold too not to mention.

Unexperianced internet users who want to sell something on ebay will get paypal.
Also most people use paypal, it would be stupid for sellers to not accept paypal and only e-gold.

Get what I mean? E-gold can't win, too many people using paypal.

I agree with Puffin. It would depend on location and which countries both payment methods support. I like the way Paypal is built but due to my location, it's not convenient for me. I can't use e-gold because it's been blocked where I am. So the only choice I have right now is neither.

If your country is supported by paypal then paypal is better, otherwise egold is a very good alternative.

Of course Paypal is a lot better. There are a lot of scammers who use E-gold. E-gold doesn't ask for any information so it's easy to scam other people.

Or look it otherwise, that a lot of scammers use PayPal. They are using their buyer protection thing to scam you.

Many scammers use e-gold too as I forgot to mention. One of e-gold's major things is that they don't have chargebacks. So many pros/cons about that, but paypal prevails if dealing with trusted people.

Well now i cant use all functions of paypal so e-gold is better for me now but after year or so i think paypal will become my only choise

Well for me e-gold is better than Paypal because e-gold is worldwide and paypal is not available in some countries. It is also is not available in Pakistan so I can not use Paypal and I only use e-gold.
