Paypal question.

I was searching google when I came across this paypal page
https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

There I scrolled to the bottom and found this list which says "Send Money to Anyone in the Growing PayPal Network". So what can those countries do? They can open they paypal? Can they Send and receive money?

Exactly, paypal doesn't allow all countries yet, those are the ones who can register with their country credit card.

Luckily, my country listed by paypal.
If your country not listed on paypal, then you can verivy, withdraw, and send any payment.
It's annoying, but i think you should use another payment processor if your country is not listed on paypal.

Those who are listed can. the ones who arent cant. Thats the thing. Paypal has not allowed every country to join paypal.

yes mate all countries are not listed in paypal.Only some countries are listed and you can and receive money only if your country is listed in paypal.Hope all countries are being included in the list soon and enjoy paypal's service.

yes, paypal still doesn't allow to countries to participate i.e not every country citizen can open a account with paypal. Only the countries which are mention in their site are allowed to send and receive money. If someone tries to open an account with paypal from the countries which are not listed in the their site, they immediately make that account limited by tracing their IP address

I think paypal supports limited countries, the listed countries can send receive money but others cant. Paypal as a business entity should get legal authorization in a particular country to open their business. So I think it's not available to every countries.

anyone know when they support cloatia and serbia? i am from slovenia and i do not have any problems with paypal. but some friend of mine they would like to join it but their countries are not supported at the moment

Those listed in the list can send and receive money but one those are not listed will obviously not be able to send or receive money through paypal Quite simple to understand.

Well Ofcourse Paypal has a listing where most of the countries doesnt qualify for the same depending upon the usage of Paypal as well as the threats of MoneyLaundering hence its reserved wen comes to listing all the countries

Well , They are trying to expand to the whole world but still some coutries are excluded and if someone registers from those(excluded)countries then thier accounts are closed.
