Paypal Does not Accepts my Visa

I have tried many times with my visa debit card to accept the card for the verification and link the card with my paypal account, but paypal says that "my card is not accepted because the bank has denied your card " . I have contacted my bank with the issue and they say that all is fine and there should not be a problem. Is there anyone else who is having the same problem?

You can query paypal with detailed information then.. There could be some problems that paypal is rejecting your debit card.

My friend, The only way to get verified in Paypal is via Credit card. However, debit cards are allowed only in USA and some other selected countries. You can use VCC instead of your debit card. From where are you?

May be your Visa number does not match with your account holder's name or check your 3 digit code , which you need while verifying your account .

I just don't know exactly..But,i came to know that paypal won't accept VISA electron but only VISA..So,Try to Check it once..

It depends on what country you are from. In india visa debit card not work for the paypal verification.

However, Indian bank account can verify paypal. You jut need to confirm your bank account then paypal will send 3 small deposits to your account. You then need to enter that amount in your paypal. That's all. You are verified member.

Yes, for indians no need to get a credit card and verify their paypal. Paypal has changed the system and now Indian users can verify their paypal using bank account.
