I heard somewhere that clocking and doorway pages are blackhat seo technique and i had read more about it but i did get it so please tell me about those.

Doorways pages are simply keyword stuffed pages..used to rank high or misdirect the user..
When you go to one you are automatically redirected to the site builder's reals page...
Nothing to do with a "call to action"......

Cloaking is also a term used to describe hiding affiliate links....not unethical...

Using black hat SEO technique in such a way that content seems different to search engines and different to the users is called cloaking. Its a method used to cheat search engines in order to rank well for desired keywords. For example, if you are searching for "house on rent" in search engine and it shows a website having "house on rent" description, but, when you go on that site it has nothing like "house on rent".
