How can I go about changing SERPs?

My traffic has declined, and I'm not happy about it. Consistency is what my traffic is absent at this time. This is not a great sign to have the traffic that continues to decline. To create this problem, I think Google is somehow responsible. I do not really have much respect for my site I am completely disappointed in some areas. In promoting my site, I tried everything. I was expecting good results and I have not been able to get what I expected. I have no idea of what can be done now. Does anyone know what could I do?

Basically, fresh updated and relevant copy of your site with an accurate content & keywords. Google and other search engines match your site which is timely great which gives it more respect and it is much higher in the SERP.

Start building your content 1st. Write articles related to keywords you wanna rank for, then build backlinks with anchor text of same keyword for those articles, and I believe you should see some ranking improvement.
