Static sites are simple that can't b modified once created and its build using html.but on the other hand the dynamic sites are those sites in which one can modify the contents as per the regular requirements.these are mostly created using asp,php etc.mostly people go with dynamic sites.

Static and Dynamic websites are two types of website. they differ only by the way of designing. Static websites are created by using simple HTML programming whereas the Dynamic websites are created by using languages like ASP, JSP, PHP, ASP.NET...etc
