If you have a good amount of money to spend, I think SEO Powersuite is a good investment. Otherwise I'd go for Ahrefs.

I haven't used much of SEO power suite but I have been using Ahref from a long time and a daily basis

Ahref tool can be used for backlink analysis, Rank tracking, Keyword explorer, competitor analysis

Whereas SEO Powersuite is a collection of tools which includes Rank Tracker, Site auditor, Backlink checker.

Both are generally paid tools. Both the tools are good for SEO, it depends on your requirements and budget as to which tool you will go with
