It looks neat and tidy and well presented. It also looks empty however thats due to the fact its new I'm guessing

Yes. The problem is I have to fix some spelling mistakes, I'll see what I can do as English is not my base language, so, some of these mistakes were espected.

i've installed that theme, i only designed the banner up top

I think Co.CC is a free domain and if this is free than investing your time and labour at such domain is not a prudent decision.

Instead of labouring hard at there you should build your forum in your own domain and get the full benefit for long term.

Site is downloading very slow ... seems to me that you are using free services for all things.

Use some sharp colour to make it more attractive and lively.

There are few posts in your forum and I think you should hire someone who will do forum posting on your account so that this can look active.
